Dr. Bhardwaj served in the Indian Army for 15 years, gaining extensive clinical and surgical experience in major armed forces hospitals such as Command Hospitals in Pune and Chandigarh and Army Hospital (R&R), Delhi Cantt.
He was awarded the Siachen Glacier Medal for his service on the Siachen Glacier in 1984 and also served during the peacekeeping mission in Jaffna, Sri Lanka, where he managed the battle casualty ward and treated numerous injured soldiers.

Dr. (Major) Rajesh Bhardwaj is a highly experienced ENT specialist with a distinguished medical and military background. He graduated from Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC), Pune and served in the Indian Army for 15 years.
He has worked in leading armed forces hospitals including Command Hospitals at Pune and Chandigarh and the Army Hospital (R&R), Delhi Cantt. He was also awarded the prestigious Siachen Glacier Medal for his service.
after having worked in some of the busiest Hospitals in the Army, he has operated at some of the leading Hospital chains in Delhi NCR including Max Hospitals, Artemis Hospital, Manipal Hospitals, ISIC etc. He was head of the ENT Department at Artemis as well as Manipal Hospitals.
